I'm wondering how doctors offices have not become more efficient. It's what they do for a living. Or do they live to annoy?
I was the first patient this morning with the doctor that I've been seeing for the past 15 years. So why is it that I still had to wait 10 minutes for the nurse to see me and then 15 minutes for the doctor after the nurse completed her vitals exam? Not to mention the line when I got to the lab for my blood work.
No matter what time of day I have my appointment, I wait. I'm thinking they should offer free wi-fi. At least then I could have gotten some work done while I was waiting!
